Which Gladiator Garage Works components are included with the house?
All of the components that are on the walls in the garage plus the Gladiator combination fridge/freezer are included.
The rolling tool chest and the welded gear box on casters are not included.
Is the shed included?
No, it is not – we will be taking it with us.
Is the home automation system included?
Yes, the Control4 home automation system is inluded with the house, this also includes:
- 4 hand held remotes
- 2 in-wall touchscreens
- Home Controller
- Distributed audio matrix
- Speakers in most rooms
- Distributed 4k video system with 4 transmitters and 5 recievers
What about the televisions?
The televisions are not included, however they are available for purchase. Ask for pricing if desired.
Is the Hot Tub included?
Yes, this is Hot Spring model Vanguard 6 person tub with the salt water system and built-in waterproof speakers.
